Ram Mandir - The Controversial Topic Of India, ever

In this country, Ram Mandir is a controversial topic. Before the many, many years the Ram Mandir case is restrained by the supreme court. Many danga happened in the past. Thousands of thousands people are dead because of this fight, whatever you say its mean danga.

So Here We Start -

Ram Mandir also called Ram Temple, is a birthplace of of great lord Ram that situated  in Ayodha of Uttar Pradesh. So basically Hindu are believed in the worship of Rama and the seven avatars of Vishnu. In the 15th century Mughal Emperor Babur created a masjid, called Babri masjid, On Ramjanmabhumi. At that time the local people said that, after decimating the temple, the Mughal Emperor's general Mir Baqi formed the Babar masjid, that's why many conflicts happen between the Hindu and Muslims.

In 1853, the Britishers were declared a solution for this, that inside the area the Muslim are allowed for the namaj outside are allowed for the Hindu for Puja-Archanas, but one day a ram Murti discovered on the masjid area from there, year to year Hindu and Muslim danga happened on a big scale. Then the Hindu people created the VHP, Vishwa Hindu Parishad and in other hand the Muslim board. At the time of 80s the Allahabad high court passed a judgement to favor the Hindu because the ram Murti discovered in this place. The high court passed this in a legal way. The Muslim is not satisfied with this decision.

Lal Krishna Advani starts a rat Yatra from Gujarat to Ayodhya (UP), in this rath Yatra lot of danga happen. At this time, Kalyan Singh, who was the chief minister at that time, seized the are with large police force. For this incident the media criticize the chief minister. Kalyan Singh creates a dedicated committee for the Ayodhya Mamla. This matter hand over to the committee. After some research, the committee submits a report to the government. On 6 December, 1992 a large scale of Hindu protesters of RSS and the affiliated Hindu organization had broken the police security and a large scale of mob demolishes the Babri masjid. The mob demolished the masjid with hammers, axes many more things. The police was unprepared for the attack. It is a large scale attack. After a few hours the entire masjid collapsed down.

After the demolition of Babri Masjid, January 1993 the Muslim protesters violence, destruction in Bombay and its called Bombay Riots. In this incident around 900 people were dead. During the period of Narsima Rao government, the central government sends a proposal to the Hindu and Muslim boards that land will be distributed to the Mandir and masjid equally other remaining part will be form library and museum.

In 2002, Atal Bihari Bajpay resolve this matter takes some step. The Allahbad high court creates 3 judges bench and call the ASI, Archaeology survey Of India to investigate this matter and order to submit the report. As per ASI says that in the 12th century there was a Mandir belong to this place and in 15th century also there was a masjid in this place. Between the 300 years the ASI has no proof, what happen between those years. Also local people were saying that masjid was made by demolishing the Mandir. The Allahbad high court gave its judgement on 30 September 2010 that -

  • 1) Ram Murti part was allotted to Ram Lala Virajman

  • 2) Sita Rasoi, Ram Chabootra was allotted to nirmohi akhara
  • 3) The other remaining part allotted to Sunni Waqf board

In 2011 Supreme Court squash the judgement of Allahbad high court.

After that the five benches of judges puts the judgement to reserve an asked the parties to submit Moulding of Relief. It means in such cases, if the court gives a judge in favor to a party, then for the other parties involved in the case, a different option is given as the moulding of relief. The final decisions came on 9 November 2019 and said that 2.77 acre land will be allotted to Ram Lalla Virajman and remaining 5 acre land will give to the Sunni Waqf Board.
