Supreme Court : Latest news on Sushant Singh Rajput

The Supreme Court  is scheduled a date on August 5 to appeal a filed by bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty who want to transfer an FIR from Patna to Mumbai because of having a connection with the death actor of Sushant Singh Rajput. The transfer petition filed by Rhea will come up for hearing front of the judges on Wednesday.



On 14 June ,2020 India's charming and popular actor Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his home in Bandra,Mumbai. Mumbai police said  - its a suicide case in the initial stage and at first he was found dead hanging from the ceiling fan, But however The Mumbai Police launched a investigation.The official postmortem report says that he died of asphyxia  due to hanging.From the begining the case have a lot of mystery.

The Bihar police had kept actress Rhea Chakraborty on under watch because of the death connection of the Sushant Singh Rajput  , that's why Rhea want to transfer the case in Mumbai. Few members of Bihar Police team is now Mumbai since Wednesday the FIR registered in Patna against Rhea Chakraborty including her family members based on the complaint filed by Sushant's father Rajiv nagar police station on July 25th. His father lodged the complaint for the claimed endorsement. Governments of  Bihar and Maharashtra have already filed caveat in the top court.

Krishna Kishore Singh the father of Sushant's has also filled caveat in the court. 

Caveat means a notice, especially in a probate, that certain actions may not be taken without informing the person who give the notice.

The Bihar's DGP (Director General of Police) Gupteshwar Pandey said that they need forensic and laboratory reports , post mortem report, and also some CCTV footage affiliated with the case from the Mumbai Police.Rhea Chakraborty would be interrogated said by the Bihar Police Officials. "But now the Bihar Police team met Sushant's friends , colleagues , relatives . They have recorded the statements of six persons - Rajput's sister , Ankita Lokhande, a cook , his friends and also the staff members ," - The Official said. They also search for the bank transaction details.

The actress also said that she was in a live-in relationship with Sushant Singh Rajput and due to of his death she has gone through Acute Trauma and also getting the rape and death threats.She has said in her statement that Sushant was suffering from depression several times and he was also take antidepressants medicine or tablet and he committed suicide on June 14, 2020 at his Bandra residence.

  • IPC 420 (Cheating and Dishonesty Inducing Delivery Of Property)
A video released by Rhea Chakraborty's lawyer where she is seen saying that she has faith in Judiciary.


" I have immense faith in god and the judiciary. I believe that I will get justice. Even though a lot of horrible things are being said about me on the electronic media, I refrain from commenting on the advice of my lawyers as the matter is sub-judice. Satyamev Jayate, the truth shall prevail,” the actress said.

After that Sushant's father also allege the Mental Health Care Act on the actress.The Chief Minister of Bihar Nitish Kumar said that he would definitely bring justice to the Sushant Singh Rajput's family.
The Bihar and Mumbai Police are investigating this matter.
