Indian Army Now Strengthens His Presence In Southern Bank, At Pangong Lake

Again, the Chinese army (People Liberation Army) carried out an offensive military movements in eastern Ladakh at the southern bank of the Pangong lake according to the army officials. In 29 & 30 august night Indian army detected the movement of Chinese troops of around 250-300 and they were using high protective gears and night vision equipment and also radars. Then the Indian army immediately deployed the Indian troops in the southern bank region (Pangong Lake) at an altitude of 14000-15000 feet. There were minor engage between the soldiers in this incident but no one injured. If the Indian army didn't take this pre-attempt military actions Chinese troops would definitely open a new front and push the LAC westwards.

Now, Indian army dominating the southern bank. In the southern bank Indian army's control is strong also the presence so it's difficult to infiltrate. The Indian army always maintaining peace at the LAC but China always alleged this thing through his media Global Times and also Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China. A few months ago a deadly clash happened between the two countries and for that India lost his 20 brave soldiers and the Chinese side 35 soldiers were killed. China has already built a road on the south bank of Spanggur Lake, which China can bring the heavy tank and armored vehicles and other vehicles, but in this area Indian Army can see the movement of the Chinese vehicles.

Pangong Lake

The Pangong Lake has a higher strategic importance both the country. That's why this region is very important for the India. It is an endorheic lake (Landlocked) and situated in both the country in Ladakh region and partly in the Tibet region. Nearly 70-80 Km of the lake controlled by china and rest 45-50 km under the control of India. India and China have borders problem in the LAC and also the Pangong Lake region. The Chinese troops illegally enter into the southern bank of the Pangong Lake.


After the India-China dispute on border on 29 & 30 august nights , India has banned 118 Chinese apps including the popular gaming app PUBG , there are around 50 - 60 million active Pubg players in India. The IT ministry said that, "The compilation of these data its mining and profiling by elements hostile to national security and defense of India, which ultimately impinges upon the sovereignty and integrity of India, is a matter of very deep and immediate concern which requires emergency measures".

On Tuesday a brigadier level meeting happened between the both nations in Chushul sector, but in this meeting they didn't find a solution. Because of the PLA attempts in the region, the Indian army has deployed additional troops in the Pangong Lake region and also deployed the SFF (Special Frontier Force). The Indian Air Force has already increased the surveillance aircraft and also the fighter jets to monitor the Chinese activities in the sky and also counter the J-20 fighter jets.

The Chinese embassy said that, "On August 31st, Indian troops violated the consensus reached in previous multi-level engagements and negotiations between China and India, illegally trespassed the Line of Actual Control again at the southern bank of the Pangong Tso Lake and near the Reqin Pass in the western sector of China-India border, and conducted flagrant provocations, which again stirred tension in the border areas." and also said that, "solemn representations to the Indian side, urged the Indian side to strictly control and restrain its frontline troops, earnestly honor its commitments, immediately stop all the provocative actions, immediately withdraw its troops illegally trespassing the Line of Actual Control, immediately stop any actions leading to the escalation and complication of the situation".

A counter statement given by the Indian army and said that,"Indian soldiers pre-attempted this Chinese activity on the Southern Bank of Pangong Lake in the eastern Ladakh, undertook measures to strengthen our position and thwart Chinese intentions to unilaterally change the facts on the ground. The Indian Army is always committed to maintaining peace and repose through dialogue, but is also equally determined to protect its territorial integrity. A Brigade Commander level Flag Meeting is in progress at Chushul to resolve the issues"
